VCM Remote Access

Cadre’s Validated Software Tools for Virtual Comparison Microscopy (VCM) allow the sharing of virtual rather
than physical samples simplifying chain-of-custody.

Intra-Lab

Cadre's Remote Viewer software can be setup within a lab system to provide multiple examiners access to collected topographies permanently stored on the scanning workstation. Examiners can be in the same room, down the hall, or off-site as long as there is network access between the machines.

The Remote Viewer software has the same capabilities as that tested in our 2018 JoFS paper on VCM.

Inter-Lab

Multiple labs can be connected via the Cadre Nexus, a cloud-based platform for sharing topography data, maintaining shared databases, and conducting searches. The Nexus allows you to setup a secure Virtual Private Database between sites. This setup is a perfect fit for state lab systems where several physical laboratories want to share data.

The Nexus allows the execution of searches on the virtual private database using Cadre’s parallel server architecture that dynamically scales capacity to meet demand.
